The Problem
No clinical diagnostics services or products structure
Sirkka, a seed-stage digital health startup, had no structure in place yet for its clinical diagnostics services and products.
The Approach
Built the platform, the policies, and the customer base
Built a digital health services platform and an admin platform for clinicians, hospitals, and labs. Created the clinical and medical content and marketing, wrote the onboarding, process/procedure, and safety policies, and put together AI model training datasets — while growing the customer and client base and delivering the services day to day.
The Result
First 20+ paying customers, plus clinicians, labs, and hospitals as clients
Landed the company's first real paying customers — 20+ of them — for this exact service, with clinicians, labs, and hospitals signing on as clients too.
